Week of March 18

The last week before Spring Break 2016 was a busy one in The Experiential School of Tampa Bay. They explained habitat loss and taught the children how important animal sanctuary and preserves are… [Read more]

From the basics, which are never boring in The Experiential School, to the arts and sciences, it’s been a week of fascination and fun for our three- to five-year old-students! Relay For Life Service Learning can be an exciting experience, as the children learned this week, when we had our Relay For Life BBQ (pictured above), at which the children and many parents enjoyed hot dogs together to raise money for the American Cancer Society. Remember: Relay will be Friday, April 8, 6pm-Midnight. Students will experience an opening lap during the school day. Keep all the Relay details handy by bookmarking this site created by senior Sage F: http://shorecrestrelay.wix.com/relay4life Shorecrest-Palooza Take a look at the amazing collaborative art projects each class created to be sold at the Shorecrest online auction that is currently going on. The Alpha classes decorated large plant pots in the themes of their classroom; Mrs. Schaedel’s class with Shining Stars and… [Read more]
